Non-Refundable Fees

The grooming and registration fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Payment Processing & Convenience Fees

• A nominal processing fee may be charged on all payments, as applicable, by the payment gateway and/or banking partners.
• Any charges levied by banks, card issuers, wallets, or payment gateways (including convenience fees, processing fees, or foreign exchange charges) are non-refundable and are outside our control.

Multi-Currency Payments

• Where multi-currency payments are available, the payable amount in your chosen currency may be displayed as an estimate and may vary due to currency conversion, bank charges, and/or payment gateway rules.
• Currency conversion rates (if applicable) are determined by the payment gateway and/or your bank/card issuer, and may include a markup or foreign exchange fee.
• If a refund is permitted under an applicable written policy or a specific order exception, the refunded amount may differ from the amount paid in your local currency due to exchange rate fluctuations and non-refundable charges applied by banks/payment partners.

Failed, Duplicate, or Incorrect Payments

• If your payment is unsuccessful but an amount is debited, it is typically reversed automatically by your bank/payment provider as per their timelines.
• If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction, please contact us with the transaction reference and proof of debit so we can assist with reconciliation.
• Registration is considered confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of a payment confirmation (email/SMS/receipt page), as applicable.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you raise a chargeback/payment dispute with your bank or card network, we may be required to suspend or cancel access/registration during investigation. We recommend contacting us first so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
