    RULES AND REGULATIONS

    1. The applicant should be a born female, good in health, and married.
    2. The eligibility is between 23 to 55 years .The applicant has to produce their age proof (Passport, birth certificate, school leaving certificate, driver's license, etc).
    3. The applicant must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the organisers.
    4. The applicant should be an Indian born.
    5. The applicant should not be under any commercial contract with any modelling agency during the auditions.
    6. Applicant should never have, nor will during her reign, pose for any photography, video or film associated with any nudity or pornography. The participant shouldn’t be indulged in such activity during the time she applies.
    7. Once the applicant is short-listed, they cannot be a part of any other commercial contract.
    8. The organisers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever.
    9. The regional round expenses (Travel & Stay) will have to be borne by the participant.
    10. The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per schedule given.
    11. The organisers are not responsible if the sponsors do not make good the prizes promised by them.
    12. The organisers are not responsible for any loss or physical injuries that occur to the applicant on account of their participation in the event. The applicant will participate at her own risk.
    13. Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.
    14. The decision of the judges is final in all cases. In no condition whatsoever will it change.
    15. Only persons of good health and moral character can participate.
    16. Only the applicant will be allowed inside the designated venue of the preliminaries.
    17. Applicant understands and agrees that any misconduct, misrepresentation of themselves or other participation, through any form, oral, written and/or actions, will be grounds for disqualification, without any questions.
    18. The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the organisers.
    19. I understand and agree, that if I am selected as the titleholder, subtitle holder all decisions concerning productions, promotions, photographs, advertising, program, media and all other aspects of the Mrs. India Worldwide throughout my reign are solely at the discretion of Mrs. India Worldwide.
    20. The organisers are not responsible for non-completion / non-occurrence of the event.
    21. In the event of any dispute, the organisers’ decisions are final and binding on the applicant.
    22. The organisers have all the right to cancel, reschedule, postpone, and amend the show.
    23. The fees paid towards grooming/registration is non refundable in any circumstances.
    24. The courts of New Delhi have the jurisdiction over all disputes.
    25. Please note that if you fail to join the event using the provided Zoom link of auditions for three consecutive times, the registration will be considered null and void. To avoid any confusion or inconvenience, we recommend reaching out to the host or organizer for clarification and to confirm the details of the Zoom link policy.
